Lucas Starts Kyler, Sits Love, Watches Luther Burden, Keeps the Gavel
Lucas lost 99.74–92.52 to Holden. Kyler went minus. Love sat. The room will have opinions.

Covered this league long enough to know Greer is usually right.

Lucas started Kyler Murray (minus-0.38), sat Jordan Love (19.48), and watched Luther Burden finish 4.5. Ashton Jeanty had 26.7 and Dallas Goedert 19.7, which is usually enough, and it still lost 92.52–99.74 to Holden. Bijan 23.3, Breece 17.8, a kicker who did his job. Some of the room already thinks Lucas is a bad commish. Most of them don’t. This one doesn’t help the first group’s case as much as they’ll say it does.
Holden wasn’t clean. Isaiah Likely scored 19.8 from the bench. Malik Willis 16.7. Dobbins and the Chiefs defense combined for nothing in the lineup. Nobody in this league is running a perfect ship. The commissioner just has to listen to it twice.
I can veto a trade. I can’t veto a quarterback.
Jeanty looks like he’ll still be in the paper in December. Kyler is going to live in the chat until Love starts. I’d rather have Greer’s roster than either of these, but that’s a different column.
