Had Nathan first this week and isn’t looking for a reason to move him.
Jahmyr Gibbs is on the bench, and for once that is the right button. Detroit does not play. Nathan's week without him is still Mahomes, Kyren, Swift, CeeDee, London, Evans, and Pickens, which is a real card even with the best back in the lawn chair. He is 4–1. The opponent is Devyn, who is 1–4 and who made his own bye-week call. Burrow is a Bengal, so Burrow is sitting, and Daniels is the start. That part is fine.
The part that happens first is Thursday. Devyn has Jaylen Waddle and the Denver defense in the same game tonight, with Bo Nix on the bench. A receiver and a defense in one game can help each other or cancel each other, and either way it will be in the book before Nathan takes a snap on Sunday. Gibbs being out is the schedule. It is not a referendum on the roster. The week is just going to have to come from everybody else.
