Drake London finished at 9.6, which was the number this matchup was waiting on. Nathan had been at 120.4, five points short of Hefner, and the Falcons were the only football left. The final is 130 to 125.58. Nathan is 4–0. Hefner is 1–3.
The rest of Nathan’s card had already done the heavy work on Sunday. Kyren Williams had 26.7 and CeeDee Lamb had 24.3, with Mahomes at 17 and Gibbs at 13.7. Hefner got there the way he usually does. Taylor had 21.7, Lamar had 18.88, Judkins had 15.6, and Henry had 13.9, with Saquon out and stuck at a point. Atlanta beat New Orleans 45–24. London did not need a touchdown. He needed to get to six, and he got past it.
Drake Maye had 26.16 on Hefner’s bench, and Bryce Young and Cam Ward were back there too. That is a real argument about the quarterback, and it can wait until Tuesday’s lineup. It does not change Monday. The S won the week he was supposed to sweat.
